Fall is just around the corner and with that cooler weather comes cold and flu season. If you’re sick and tired of being sick and tire each winter, join me this October for Nutrition for Immune System Health where participants can learn how and why our immune system can become impaired – especially during the cold winter months. Topics covered will include nutritional support for the prevention and speedy recovery of colds and flu as well as natural/plant-based supplemental aides. Participants will be provided with a week-long Immune Boosting Meal Plan along with recipes and additional take-home resources to practice Nutrition for Immune System Health at home.
