You might know what to eat, but the “how” is a lot less simple during a busy work week.  I can both provide you with meals plans (and the accompanying recipes and shopping list) and teach you how to plan your own meals.  Either way, the objective is making sure that throughout the week, your plate is loaded with food that will energize your body and mind…all without eating away at your precious time!
