Learning how, when, and what to feed your body during activity can make or break not only performance but how much you enjoy physical activity.  Keep yourself from running out of steam and learn how good nutrition is crucial to supporting recovery, preventing injury, and keeping energized while you move your body!

A sports nutrition plan will normally be two sessions; an initial consultation where we discuss your objectives and collect information and a secondary appointment where we’ll review a plan of action as it relates to diet, supplementation, and lifestyle counselling for the weekend or competitive athlete.
